This release delivers Health Scores across Explorer and profiles, smarter health filtering and sorting, more controlled team access and invites, a guided conversation import flow, and richer thumbs feedback with notes. Below are the most important changes in this release (not every internal tweak, just the ones we think deliver the most value).

🩺 Health visibility and exploration

  • Health Scores across Explorer and profiles: Health Scores are now shown in Explorer for conversations, users, and accounts, and appear on user/account profile pages — You can spot risk earlier and assess health without bouncing between views.
  • Health filtering and include/exclude chips: New Healthy / At Risk / Critical filters were added, and Health filter chips now support both include and exclude actions — It’s easier to narrow down exactly the set of items you need to investigate.
  • More reliable Health sorting at scale: Sorting by Health now works consistently, including for very large datasets, with complete totals and pages — You can trust rankings and pagination when reviewing large workspaces.

🔐 Team access and onboarding controls

  • Revoke and restore team access: Team access can be revoked and later restored, and revoked users see an “Access Revoked” page with guidance — You can remove access quickly without losing membership history, and users get clearer next steps.
  • Clearer Team Management sections and member states: Team settings are organized into clearer sections (Members, Pending, Invite Users, Access Settings) and now separate active vs removed members — Admin tasks are faster to find, and cleanup/recovery is simpler.
  • Centralized approvals for access requests: Admins can approve or reject workspace access requests in one place, with a dedicated “Access Pending” experience for users awaiting approval — New teammates get unblocked faster, and the waiting experience is clearer.
  • Flexible invites by email or link: Invite multiple people at once with role + expiration, manage pending invites (update roles, resend, cancel), and create a shareable invite link that can be revoked — You can onboard teams in bulk while keeping tight control over who can join and for how long.

🧭 Faster navigation and clearer UI

  • Quicker Explorer switching: Explorer view switching moved from a dropdown to direct buttons, and switching between Explorer tabs is now smoother without a full page refresh — You can move between views faster with less interruption.
  • Collapsible sidebar for more workspace: The main sidebar is now collapsible to free up screen space — You get more room for analysis when working in dense views.
  • Cleaner conversation readability: Conversation marker events are positioned more clearly between user and assistant messages — It’s easier to follow the flow of a conversation while reviewing sessions.
  • Clearer product language: “User Goals” was renamed to “User Intents” across key analytics views — Analytics labels better match what the insights represent, reducing confusion.

📥 Feedback collection

  • Thumbs feedback on messages and conversations: You can capture thumbs-up/thumbs-down feedback on individual messages and full conversations, with an optional written note up to 2,000 characters — You can collect higher-signal feedback with context, improving review and iteration.
  • Faster feedback submissions during high volume: Feedback submissions are accepted immediately and processed in the background — Users get a quicker response and feedback collection remains reliable under load.

Reliability and polish

  • More consistent Explorer filtering behavior: Health exclusions now persist correctly when updating other filters, and conversation/timestamp display behavior in Explorer was stabilized — You spend less time redoing filter work and get more predictable results while investigating.
  • Clearer in-app confirmations and validations: Toast notifications now provide immediate success/error feedback for key actions, and API key creation shows clearer validation messages (such as missing or duplicate names) — You know what happened right away and can fix issues faster with fewer retries.
  • Expanded trace source compatibility: Brixo now supports processing WhirlAI trace data — Teams using that trace source can bring their data into Brixo more reliably.
Thanks for using Brixo! We hope these updates make your day-to-day workflows smoother, faster, and more intuitive.
